Our prairie flowers honey is produced in the landscapes where abundant flowers of pipirigallos, legumes and viboras grow at the beginning of the season. However, we will wait until mid-late summer so that the bees can also take advantage of eucalyptus flowering during the summer season. Its aroma is intense and persistent, reminiscent of field flowers and damp wood.
